I've lost my pet; what do I do?

Notify Animal Control Department to report the lost pet. 781-784-1513

Include identifying factors such as breed, coloring, sex, microchip, date and time animal was last seen, and best contact information. 

For missing dogs, it is also recommended to reach out to Missing Dogs Massachusetts, MDM works through social media to raise awareness of currently missing dogs and dogs that have been found. 

Missing Dogs Massachusetts (MDM) is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that works to reunite missing and found dogs with their families. MDM works cooperatively with animal control officers, rescues, shelters, law enforcement, and the media.
