Class Policies

Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or other causes beyond our control.

Confirmation:
You will recieve a reciept confirming your registration into the program or programs. No confirmation letters will be sent home.  Please be sure to opt in to receive emails as all program correspondence is sent through email. Examples: Notices, Cancellations, Make-ups, etc. We will contact you if the program is cancelled.  Please check the program description for what to bring and wear.  If a program is full, a waitlist will be started.  If you are on a waitlist, you will be contacted as soon as space becomes available.

Make-up Classes:
All attempts will be made to reschedule classes that have been cancelled due to inclement weather or instructor absence.  We are not responsible for making up classes that are missed due to the participant’s inability to attend.

Filled Classes:
You are urged to register as soon as possible.  Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  We do not “hold” spots.  If your class is filled, you will be placed on a waiting list.  We try to offer additional classes whenever possible.
