Nomination papers available Jan. 23 for Annual Town Election

Nomination Papers for the Annual Town Election will be available Tuesday, Jan. 23 at the Town Clerk’s Office, 90 S. Main St.

The following offices will be on the May 21 ballot:

Important Election Dates:

• Jan. 23, 2024          Nomination Papers available at the Town Clerk’s Office.
• March 29, 2024       Last day to obtain Nomination Papers from the Town Clerk’s Office.
• April 2, 2024            Last day to submit signed Nomination Papers to the Town Clerk’s Office, by 5 p.m.
• April 18, 2024          Last day to object or withdraw from a nomination at the Town Clerk’s Office, by 5 p.m.
• April 26, 2024          Last day to register to vote (both for the Annual Town Election and Annual Town Meeting)
• May 6, 2024            Annual Town Meeting at Sharon High School Auditorium, at 7 p.m.
• May 21, 2024          Annual Town Election at Sharon High School Gymnasium, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
