On May 9, 2024, at 10:47 pm Sharon Police Department received a 911 call from a resident of the above address reporting a fire in the home. Upon further discussion with the dispatcher, there was some conflicting information about the extent of the fire.

Upon arrival, the lieutenant of Engine 92 reported smoke showing from the rear of the house and requested a working fire assignment. Crews entered the home and found a light smoke condition throughout the house. Upon further investigation, the shift commander reported a fire in the attic and struck a second alarm.
