One Day/Temporary Food Establishment Information
The Town of Sharon offers Food vendors the ability to obtain a One-Day Catering/Temporary food permit which is valid for the day of event only. Mobile Food Vendors (including food trucks and pushcarts) are not eligible for this permit and must apply for the Mobile Food Truck Permit. The fee for the one-day permit is $30 and the application can be found here.
Documentation required for the One-Day Catering/Temporary food permit includes the following:
- Copy of Food Safety Manager Certification
- Copy of Allergy Awareness Certification
- Copy of your Permit and last Inspection report from the Town you are based out of
