MindWise
Well-being is defined as the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy. Promoting health and well-being is one of the overriding goals of public health.
Are you concerned about yourself or a loved one? You can check your well-being through a free, online screening (click here)- it's quick and anonymous.
This on-line screening/resource platform is through MindWise and is available to residents of Sharon, is anonymous and available 24/7 from a link above or the link on the SSPARC webpages. The screening takes 3-5 minutes, is easily used by all ages, including teens/tweens and can be used by parents of younger children who have concern. The screening provides immediate feedback with on-line, national, regional and local resource options.
