TO:  PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE TOWN OF SHARON

RE:  CYCLICAL INSPECTION PROGRAM

                                     

                 The State requires that every community re-inspect each parcel of real property in the Town within every 10 year period.  In response, the Sharon Board of Assessors is having all residential property in Sharon re-inspected over the next three year period.  In addition to meeting state requirements, the objective of this project is to assure the accuracy of the Town’s assessing data.

This letter will identify Mr. Nichollas Roman, an employee of Vision Government Solutions.  Mr. Roman and his company have been engaged by the Board of Assessors to make an inspection of the taxable real estate located within our boundaries.  Ideally, a full inspection of the interior and exterior of the property is requested.  However, if you prefer not to allow interior inspection, we ask that you allow Mr. Roman to measure the exterior for accuracy.  Your cooperation will be appreciated.
