Cape Club of Sharon – Site Plan Review

As per the zoning requirements of the Recreation and Residential Overlay District approved at the May 2017 Annual Town Meeting, the Sharon Planning Board is currently reviewing site plans for development at the Cape Club of Sharon (25 Tiot Street).
