The following are updates from Republic Services regarding curbside collection:
- Republic Services encourages residents to attempt to fit all trash into their carts. Please avoid using overflow bags as we aim to reduce driver exposure.
- Spring curbside yard waste collection has been suspended. The issue will be revisited in the fall.
- Curbside bulky waste collection has been suspended in order to reduce driver exposure.
Household trash must not be put at the curb prior to noon on the day before your scheduled household trash collection day.
Residents may purchase overflow bags (33 gallons) imprinted with the Town of Sharon seal at the following local retail establishments:

Overflow bags are sold in a roll containing 5 bags for $12.00. Please call the establishments directly to inquire about stock.
Hours for dumpster use and disposal of metal are 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Thursday and 8:00 am - 12:30 pm on Friday.
Residents are responsible for unloading items for disposal.
****Republic Services has asked that residents leave trash and recycling at least 10 feet away from mailboxes with the lid opening facing the street.***
