Traditionally held each year on the 3rd of July at Memorial Park Beach. The celebration includes family fun beach events, doll carriage and bicycle parade, pie eating contest, arts and crafts, food vendors, midway games and of course our spectacular fireworks display over Lake Massapoag.
Family fun beach events such as potato sack races, tug-of-war and other wacky relays will start at the Bandstand at 2pm.
The bicycle and doll carriage parade line up is at Beech Tree Park at 3:45pm and parade begins at 4pm.
The lakeside celebration continues with arts and crafts for the kids, pony rides, midway games, a pie eating contest and much more. Plus there will be a live band playing at the Bandstand at 6:30pm.
Fireworks go off over the lake at 9:15pm.
