The Sharon Police Department will provide free firearm safety locks to local residents through a partnership with Project ChildSafe, a nationwide firearms safety education program. Free gun locks will be available at any time at the Police Department to any person who provides a valid pistol permit or FID card. Up to three gun locks will be given to each resident.
