CLINICS ARE HELD FIRST MONDAY OF EACH MONTH (IN CASE OF HOLIDAY, CLINIC WILL BE FOLLOWING MONDAY)...
IN ADDITION, WALK-IN OFFICE HOURS FOR BLOOD PRESSURE AND BLOOD SUGAR SCREENING ARE HELD AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OFFICE IN THE TOWN OFFICE BUILDING, AS FOLLOWS:
TUESDAY: 3-5 PM; WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, & FRIDAY: 9AM-10:30AM.
Immunizations by appointment only: Tuesday 3-5PM and Friday 9-10:30 AM.....
No Charge for: Polio, MMR, and Hepatitis B for children ages 7 through 18 only;
Td for ages 7 and up; Pneumonia (Pneumovax 23) for age 19 and up.
(Above vaccines provided free by State Department of Public Health)
Evening blood pressure screenings will be held at the Health Department office at the Town Office Building during walk-in clinics on the following Thursday evenings in 2009 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM: September 10, October 8, November 12, and December 10.
