From May 1, 2008 through October 1, 2008 the following WATER USE RESTRICTION is in effect:
Lawn sprinklers (either underground or hose fed) may be used in accordance to the following schedule:
ODD NUMBERED HOMES may water on Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00PM ONLY.
EVEN NUMBERED HOMES may water on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00PM ONLY.
This Restriction shall not apply to one hand held hose per premises. Violations will carry forward for three years. All violations prior to 2000 are void. Violators will be cited and subject to a surcharge on their next water bill.
1st Offense- Warning
2nd Offense- $50.00
3rd Offense- $100.00
4th Offense and subsequent offenses- $300.00
Exemptions to this policy may be granted for newly installed lawns for up to 14 Days. To request an exemption or with any questions about these restrictions, call (781)-784-1525 Ext. 4.
