WASHING MACHINE REBATES
The washer has to have a 6.0 or less water factor to qualify. The rebate is $200 in the form of a check and it takes 4-5 weeks to process. You may apply for a rebate in person at the DPW or by mail. Please include all of the following information and mail to: Water Department, Box 517, 217R South Main St., Sharon, MA, 02067.
To apply for a rebate, you will need:
Copy of bill of sale
Your name, address, and phone number
The model number and brand name of the washer
The date the washer was delivered
If it was purchased by credit card you will need a copy of that statement
HIGH EFFICIENCY TOILET REBATES
The toilet must use 1.3 gallons of water or less per flush to qualify. The rebate is $150 in the form of a check and it takes 4-5 weeks to process. You may apply for a rebate in person at the DPW or by mail. Please include all of the following information and mail to: Water Department, Box 517, 217R South Main St., Sharon, MA, 02067.

The model number and brand name of the washer
Copy of the plumbing permit
