MINUTES
The meeting of the Capital Outlay Committee was held at 7:00 pm in the Selectmen's Meeting room and was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Chair Paul Linehan.

Approval of Minutes
VOTED: (Salomons/Rutley) Voted unanimously to accept the meeting minutes of November 13, 2008 - Gladstone abstained on the minutes as he was not at the meeting.
2. Library Capital Request - Barbra Nadler
Barbra Nadler, Library Director presented the Sharon Public Library FY'10 Capital Request:
§ North Main Street Entrance for $18,400
3. Fire Department Capital Requests - Dennis Mann
Dennis Mann presented the Fire Department's FY'10 Capital Requests:
§ Fire Chief's vehicle for $45=Ms N ˆ&– ,000
§ Class 1 Pumper for $600,000
§ 12 Lead Defibrillator #1 for $60,000
4. Police Department Requests - Joseph Bernstein
Joseph Bernstein presented the Police Department's FY'10 Capital Requests:
§ Four (4) vehicles @$30,000=$120,000
§ Computers for $8,000
5. Other Items
The Committee discussed placing the five-year Capital Outlay Plan on the website.
6. Future Meeting and Agenda Items
The next Capital Outlay Committee meeting will be December 11, 2008, Thursday, 8:00 p.m. at the School Administration Building.
Agenda items will be to review all existing Capital Outlay Requests and authorize issues which can be acted upon.
