WEIGHTS AND MEASURES FEES

Pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 98, Section 56, the Sealer of Weights and Measures shall receive and may demand the following fees for sealing and inspecting the following weighing or measuring devises:

1) Scales and balances with a weighing capacity of more than ten pounds and less than one hundred pounds, ten dollars

2) Gasoline pumps, twelve dollars
