ARTICLE 24
WATER RESTRICTIONS
Any person who violates a restriction or restraint upon the uses of water on private premises, imposed in accordance with General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 41-A, as amended, by the Board of Selectmen, acting as the Board of Water Commissioners, shall be punished by a fine of $25.00 for the first offense, $50.00 for the second offense, $100.00 for the third offense, and $200.00 for each subsequent offense. Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
