ARTICLE 16B
REGULATION OF ALCOHOL ON LAKE MASSAPOAG
Section 1. No person or persons on any vessel, personal watercraft, raft, tube or other means of transportation upon Lake Massapoag shall be in possession of, consume or transport any alcoholic beverage.
Section 2. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall be punished by a fine of $50 for the first violation; $100 for the second violation; and, $300 for any violation thereafter.
