ARTICLE 13
BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a local Building Code Board of Appeals in accordance with the provisions of the State Building Code and with all the powers and duties set forth therein for the purpose of hearing appeals pertaining to the actions of the Building Commissioner. Said Board shall initially consist of five (5) members appointed by the Selectmen, one member to be appointed for five (5) years, one member to be appointed for four (4) years, one member to be appointed for three (3) years, one member to be appointed for two (2) years, one member to be appointed for one (1) year, and thereafter each new member shall be appointed by the Selectmen for a five (5) year term, or unexpired part thereof, and thereafter until his successor has been appointed.
