The Sharon Police, in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will participate in the second nationwide drug take back day. Expired, unused, or unwanted prescriptions or over the counter medications, can be turned in. This event is for pills, liquids, creams, etc. No needles or other sharp items will be collected. No questions will be asked and no paperwork will be filled out. Just scrape off or black out any names visible on prescription bottles. All drugs turned in will be destroyed by the DEA.
