NOTICE OF HEARING
TOWN OF SHARON
BOARD OF HEALTH
A public hearing will be held in the Sharon Town Office Building, on Monday, February 23, 2009, at 7:45 P.M. to discuss and review
proposed changes to Article 13 of the Rules and Regulations of the Sharon Board of Health (“Regulations for the Control of Animals”). The proposed changes include, among others, definition of animal units for permitting purposes and an increase in annual fee to $30 (which shall cover all animals licensed by the Board of Health on the property under the regulation). Copies of the proposal are available upon request in the Health Department Office.
