South Shore Job Club: Career Moves @ JVS (The Greater Boston Jewish Community's career management agency) recently launched the Career Moves Job Club, a South Shore area networking group for professionals. The group is being facilitated by JVS Career Coach, Debbie Lipsett. The Career Moves Job Club is open to all area job seekers and career changers, free of charge. Participants share ideas, information, contacts and strategies. After each group meeting Debbie Lipsett will be available for individual consultation.

Career Moves serves the Jewish community through career counseling, job search assistance, workshops and peer support groups. Career Moves has special services for professionals over 45, new grads and the economically vulnerable.

The Commonwealth's One-Stop Career Centers offer
numerous events and workshops throughout the year to help individuals with
their job search and career exploration. Upcoming events and job fairs at

CareerBuilder is owned by several newspapers (Knight Ridder, Tribune and Gannett) and includes print want ads from more than 200 markets in electronic format. It serves as the exclusive print recruitment services provider for major metropolitan newspapers throughout the U.S. They acquired CareerPath in 2000 and Headhunter in 2002.
